Who we are:
Founded by Lloyd Evans, a chartered structural engineer with over 10 years of experience in building design and construction.
Before founding Spark Structures, Lloyd worked for leading structural design consultancies both in the UK and Australia, where he delivered a number of large-scale international art projects, high-end residential and public buildings, and conservation focused refurbishment projects.
Lloyd also dedicates time to tutoring and critiquing architecture students. He was a design and construction tutor at University of Reading in 2022; and is currently a guest tutor at the Welsh School of Architecture.
