Spark Structures was part of the project team working to refurbish and convert a former church into a high quality 5 bedroom home.

As part of the project Spark Structures carried out an inspection of the existing building fabric, designed new timber framed internal mezzanines, specified strengthening and repair work to the existing floors, and designed new structural elements with minimal interventions to the existing building.
